We have considerable experience in attending and dealing with all forms of road traffic collisions, from minor to fatal and are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of motoring law.

Our investigators are former police advanced drivers experienced in vehicle pursuits, both as a pursuing officers and pursuit commanders able to provide advice concerning police traffic operational procedures, which may aid legal representatives in case preparation.

Any involvement in a road accident can become a very traumatic experience regardless of whether you are a driver, passenger in the vehicle or a witness to a collision. Our investigators have experience in dealing with all forms of collision, from minor through to fatal, from initial attendance at the scene to the submission of a file of evidence and where applicable, attendance at court.

The investigation of the scene of the collision is vitally important and our experienced investigators can examine and re-examine the collision scene in conjunction with the evidence obtained by the police.

Increasingly, the experience and knowledge of operational police officers is limited and sometimes due perhaps to time constraints / resource pressures, the evidence submitted by the police for non-fatalities, does not always adequately reflect the circumstances of the accident.

On occasions, incidents are simply recorded and not investigated, the reliance being placed on insurance companies to deal with them further.

This process can be lengthy, causing stress and anxiety for the parties involved. Our experienced investigators can review a collision and quickly provide a comprehensive report to assist legal representatives.

Our investigators are former Grade 1 police advanced drivers, with considerable experience in most traffic matters especially accident scenes and including vehicle pursuits both as the pursuing driver and pursuit commander.
