Costs
It is normally not possible to give an unqualified price per investigation. Our rates, shown below, are we believe amongst the most competitive in the industry.
Only once the full extent of the work required is understood can we provide our Terms of Engagement on which the quoted cost is determined.

Payment Terms
Quotations
Subsequent to our initial discussions we will provide you with a written quotation describing our Terms of Engagement, which if acceptable will require your signature prior to work commencing.
Deposit
Normally these terms will specify that an initial deposit is required at engagement as part payment. The initial deposit is usually approximately 15-25% of the estimate. If the work undertaken is likely to be lengthy, then monthly invoices will be issued.
Final Payment
The final invoice will be presented together with the report and payment settled in full is expected within 20 days of the submission of the report.
Ancillary Costs
Costs arising from any subsequent court appearance resulting from an enquiry will be charged as per the hourly rate and invoiced with 20 days payment terms.
Supplemental Expenses
Mileage is charged at the rate shown. Expenses such as hotels, road tolls etc if appropriate, will be charged at cost.
